Education

I graduated from Wayne State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2014. During my Master’s practicum, I received experience in both individual and group therapy, coupled with standardized testing for children and adults.

Experience

While completing my Master’s degree, I worked for two years as a Case Manager and Support Coordinator within a community mental health agency. During this time, I supported individuals with developmental disabilities and a range of mental health concerns. I also facilitated problem-solving and psychoeducational groups in both adult group homes and clinical settings.

I later gained experience in a neuropsychology clinic, where I conducted neuropsychological testing for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and those experiencing memory loss.

For the past seven years, I have specialized in working within a private practice setting. In 2021, I opened my own private practice in Saint Clair Shores, and have since relocated to Washington, MI, where I continue to provide therapy services to individuals seeking support for anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I am certified in perinatal mental health and specialize in supporting women’s mental health during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. I am deeply passionate about helping women navigate the emotional, physical, and identity changes that come with the perinatal period, including overwhelm, anxiety, and the complexities of modern motherhood.
